Eligibility for Returns

- For health, hygiene, or customisation reasons, certain products may not be returnable. This will always be clearly indicated on the product page.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement at no extra cost.
How to Return an Item
